What do I normally do when LJ is sleeping...well, I could be invent something..work out..study...nope none of those things...I look and find new blogs and deals and giveaways...yup.. it has become something I really enjoy...

My Maggie bag!!!

I know you are wondering what I a Maggie Bag is... well let me tell you.. just ready for this...

it is a purse made from...recycled seat belts... yes, seat belts! Okay so You might not have the best image in your head right now, but it is great!

I got this one: In dark gray

It is stylist and eco-friendly.. what could be better?? One of the best things about this bag is that it is machine washable, yes lady.. you can put it in the washer and it will ruin it! I love that because you know if you use a bag enough it will get gross, but you don't have to worry about that anymore! It has a lifetime warranty as they say..its make from something that has a life time warranty and save your life so it makes sense for the bag to have one as well...

They made bigger or small totes, clutches, diaper bags, etc.. with simple colors, bright colors and even multi-colored! So there is something for everyone. Okay, so I have have a few pairs of these, of course I feel like I can only wear them on my " feeling uber skinny" days but they are soo fun! You can dress them up or dress them down.

of course you are thinking..duh. I just think they add something extra to your warebrobe. You dont feel like wearing heavy jeans in the summer but still want the look.. this is the way to go. I do love myself so skinny jeans but in 95 degree heat... who are you kidding.. so uncomfortable.

I just recently, got a black pair and absolutely love them! I never have own any black pair pants besides dress pants so I am branching out fashion wise lately, and it feels great!

I do have to say that because I have chicken leg legs, these make me feel more comfortable about that issue plus, the form fittingness is great, i you want to feel great about yourself. You will definitely turn heads in Jeggings.

I have bought both pairs at AE because they are in my price range currently. Also even though at the age of 26 I still get my jeans there because they just have aways fit me so good. Being 5'2 and skinny, chicken legs: it is not the easiest task to go to jean shopping, so once I found a band that works for me, it is hard to change it up. I have also seen them at Express and at Gap..so check them out!!!

I went to lunch with my parents and little man yesterday and I HAD to stop in J Crew... I love that store, its simple but yet different looks. I fell into with this necklace but then I had sticker shock! its $128.00. If I wasn't a stay home mom and student..and if I had a good paying job but lets be honest $128 is a lot.

An Apple A Day...

It feels like Christmas in April for me...because as of yesterday I am now a proud owner of this...
a MacBook Pro!! Isn't it pretty?? I have wanted one for so, so long. With my Dell giving me problem, after problem I couldn't take it anymore. Also, it was a great excuse that I am starting back to school in May and of course you need a good computer, right?? Well, i basically maxed out my Best buy credit card for this, but it was totally worth it. Of course, I had to get the cute little keyboard, mouse, iWorks, Mobile Me, I couldn't just stop at the computer... so excited!! I can hardly stand it. After the busiest week that I have had in what it feel like is forever, this just made it an awesome weekend.

As for the rest of my week...it consisted of ordering my textbooks, babysitting and errands. Yes, I still babysit, sure it might sound like if for when you are middle school and need money but its a great side job and I make SO much more than I did when I was younger. Also, its awesome because most of the time I can bring little man and he has someone to play with. Its even better because then little man and me get home, he crashes for about 2-3 hour nap. So, I can get some of my other things done and have a little time for me...but as you moms know, once you finally sit down or get comfy for some " me" they wake up! Story of my life. I feel like I have been going nonstop since Monday and it hasn't stop yet. I like to be busy but it is also nice to breathe once and awhile.

tomorrow mission: run 1 mile, walk 3 and by the end have a sleeping toddler a iced green tea from Starbucks :)
